I believe it is a concept referred to as "cohousing" where you have close interaction with your neighbors to help each other out individually, in groups, or for the common betterment of the whole community.

If you are somebody who insists on doing things your own way or wants privacy and little interaction with your neighbors, it probably isn't for you ...or the concept isn't. Things in the community are done by consensus so if you are one who is really independent, it may not be for you.

But this is for Puget Ridge which I assume you meant.

There is the cohousing place on Puget Ridge, but I think the surrounding neighborhood is also known as Puget Ridge.
It's OK as a neighborhood. Not especially pretty, not a whole lot to do, not cool, not hip, but not especially unsafe. Less expensive than most neighborhoods in West Seattle. Near South Seattle community College, a good inexpensive place to eat lunch.
