"SEATTLE (AP) — When Jordan Morris takes the field in his hometown Sunday it will be a scene he could only imagine as a kid when the Sounders were in their infancy." Link here: https://komonews.com/sports/sounders...-for-mls-title

Thanks for the reminder to DVR this tomorrow. Because who can actually watch an entire soccer match without FForward? Just kidding...I am hoping the guys can bring a 2nd MLS championship to Seattle!

Funny because that's the fastest way to watch NFL. You can simply skip all breaks and watch the entire game in 30 minutes.

Pity the Sounders won. I was really rooting against them. I cannot stand the fanbase or the sport.

I'm a fan. I also like NFL, MLB, NHL, NBA, but you don't like me? The whole world loves the sport, do you dislike all people who like soccer?

Well, thanks for that uplifting post!

I guess I will be the first one on here to congrat the new MLS Champion Seattle Sounders!

The first half of the match was all Toronto, but no goals. The second half was all Seattle, and three goals.

Second MLS title was a lot of fun to watch.

Well done, Sounders!!! Winning the cup twice is more than I could hope for when this franchise began. Get ready for a parade!

There will always be those who pan the sport and the city. But, frankly, I don't care. Succeeding in the face of such adversity only makes victory sweeter. The Sounders have done what the Mariners, Seahawks, and Sonics have yet to do: win two national championships.
