Apparently due to low atmospheric pressure and pressure changes in general.

No, have been here 20 years and neither I nor anyone else in my family of 5 or extended family members (about 8 more) have ever had any problems with that.
We are at about 600' elevation, where the changes are greater. When you have the same weather for 7-8 months there is not that much change in atmospheric pressure.

I had headaches all the time in Phoenix, but rarely in Seattle. And it wasn't from dehydration.

My husband would occasionally react to such changes, but his reactions were more like getting a cold (stuffed sinuses, scratchy throat, maybe a headache). If he takes aspirin, it does help.

Some people in Calgary suffer from 'chinook headaches or migraines'.

My migraines actually decreased when we moved to Seattle. I'm back in SoCal this week and feel like I'm dying. I didn't realize how bad it had been out here.

No. I've had migraines in the past, but no, the weather here has not caused any problem at all in the year we've lived here.
