Anyone remember Funplex? LOVED that place when I was a kid. It was located at the bottom of the Magnolia bridge on 15th.

Only one I'm aware of now is Gameworks. Oh and Family Fun Center near South Center.

My 9 year old loves that old school arcade next to our new Ferris Wheel and last night I was pleasantly surprised to find a mini arcade at Unicorn...the fun bar in Pike Pine..downstairs...had 4 pinball machines, Ms. Pac Man ( I got the high score) and a number of other old school game machines....Lots of people were in the room that housed it all playing..It was really fun and made the time fly by!

Went to gameworks first time a few weeks ago after just moving here. It was a gaming geek's paradise! There also a smaller one in Freemont street area

Probably Lucky Strike in downtown Bellevue or Game Works in downtown. Lucky Strike is pretty small though and I haven't been to the Game Works yet so I can't comment too much on it. Does anybody know how the Game Works franchise is doing lately? When I lived in Michigan I used to go to one several times a year and it was always packed, but the place closed last year along with 7-8 locations around the country.

By the way, I wish there was a Dave & Buster's out here since those are pretty good.

I really hope sometime in the next 5-10 years as the downtown population explodes a retro/modern arcade opens. The home consoles dont offer the same experience of going to an arcade, laughing with friends, winning prizes, getting the high score! If i opened an arcade it would be large, organised by generation and have retro gaming, modern, games, new age tech and other thrill stuff.

Back on topic, gameworks is a great arcade to visit though i think the deals were better and it offered more attractions a few years ago back in 2008

Full Tilt in Columbia City has a small arcade (about 10 machines). Worth checking out if you're in the neighborhood. Plus they have delicious ice cream including some vegan options!

Two pages of responses and no one has mentioned Shorty's in Belltown. More of a dive bar-cade than an arcade.

I did a quick search and found John John's Game Room in Capitol Hill. I left town before it opened but it has good Yelp reviews.

Kings Hardware in Ballard has Skeeball, which is isn't really an arcade game but still fun.
