Can anyone recommend a reasonable, trustworthy mechanic on the Eastside? Renton area preferred but can do Issaquah, Bellevue, Kirkland. Had a bad experience at Mark's Japanese - would much prefer a non-chain.

Is this a tug boat or a lawn mower you're looking to get worked on? Car maybe? You're usually better off taking the car to a shop that specializes in a make or a small # of makes. The diagnostics now are expensive and specific. A generalist isn't going to have the expensive brand specific tools or knowledge .
