Easiest is to view seattletimes.com in a fresh incognito browser window and read as many articles until the pay wall comes down. Then close and launch a new fresh incognito window to read more.

What I personally do to thwart the paywall is to press the [Esc] button soon after I follow a link. If I time it right, the page finishes loading the article content I want to read but I halt it before it has a chance to redirect to the "Subscribe, or else!" page.
