Hello!
We are strongly considering a move to the Tacoma area. We want to be between Mercer Island area to the north and not much past Spanaway to the south
and not more than 30 mins east of Tacoma itself.
We are looking for a family-friendly area which is academically rich(ie: great schools, college grads the majority would be great). We want to be in the Tacoma area-within half hour of the city. We are looking ahead for schools from elementary to high school that are outstanding. Low crime rate. High graduation rate. Good teachers. Beautiful area. Possibly an area with newer homes or homes with a little bit of land (an acre plus ideal, but 1/2 acre+ would be fine).
If anyone has ideas or knows....I would love to hear
. I really know only what I have read so far about these areas
which isn't that much.
