Ban espresso drinks from Seattle and watch the place become 10 times more dangerous than Detroit. In fact, I would think of the outcome to end up being something more like out of a Walking Dead episode.

LOL @ Everett being ghetto. If Everett is ghetto what does it say about Seattle? Seattle has higher violent crime than Everett. I've been mugged in Seattle and had my car broken into 9 times. I've lived in Everett for the past 5 years and have been fine. Seattleites are delusional about their city.

Everett is getting so much better, and Seattle is getting so much worse. And what do you pay for Seattle getting worse? 600,000 or more for a house.

That said, neither city is ghetto. Move to East St Louis if you want to see real ghetto. The only people that call Everett ghetto are those who have never left the state. I have yet to see homicides in Everett rise above 4 a year (normally is 0-1). When it does we will talk. lol

Ghettoes in Seattle? Hmm, none really. The closest you will get is some really run-down apartment complexes located just off of Aurora/Hwy 99 in places like SeaTac/Des Moines/Federal Way.
