All port cities might have rats; but Seattle is the only one I know of that doesn't try to do anything about it.

Me too. Big Al's makes some of the best beer around. Proletariat Pizza makes some of the best pizza around. Zippy's makes some of the best burgers around. I've never seen a rat in Rat City. Used to see them in Fremont and in Leschi. They take to the water like ducks.

My God you are right. Never before has a rat been spotted in a supermarket.
