That doesn't change the substance of anything I said.

The social and economic impacts of a partial subsidy and a full subsidy (i.e., free) are identical in nature.; only the degree of the impact changes depending on the extent of the subsidy.

No it isn't. If you live in Washington state and are learning about doctor availability in various areas - in Washington State - you might have information to contribute - for Washington State, or University of Washington, since that's where the medical school is. If you have an anecdote about your doctor in Santa Monica and are looking to start a debate, there are other forums for that.

ACA is garbage. I work in healthcare and every doctor, nurse, nursing assistant, admin, etc. I have worked with HATES it.
