Hello everyone,

Can someone recommend which areas to look at with around 200K budget for a condo?

The biggest concerns is public transit and safety. Preferably an area with Eastern European population.

Thanks!

Look in the Crossroads area of east Bellevue (156th Ave NE.) There are condos in your price range and a lot of east European and Russian folks in the area.

Thanks for the reply. Any other walkable areas for that budget to consider?

Yep. Totem Lake area of Kirkland. Wouldn't have believed it, until just looked up on Zillow. Not much to look at, but that wasn't the question.

Bet there are in Mill Creek, too. The townhome I sold not that many years ago, north end (not far from McCollum Park and Ride) is now Zestimated at about $200K. I liked living there, a lot, for what it was. Commuted to Eastside and elsewhere for a decade, which usually was unpleasant but not quite "awful" (colossal waste of time, however). Mill Creek, city/town-of, is a tolerable place to live depending on what you're into.
