If affordability wan't an issue, where in the Seattle area would you choose to live? Is there anyplace in the area that you would not choose to live...?

Some of the areas I would think about would be the area of Capital Hill near Volunteer Park, Madison Park, the Alki Beach area, and maybe one of the new condos in downtown Seattle.

I'd choose to stay away from Bellevue, much of the eastside, and most of the south end...

Laurelhurst, Madison Park, or Leschi. Good schools, great parks, close to the lake, good churches, quick commute to downtown.

I would choose Bellevue or Edmonds
I would never choose Tacoma and Kent

Medina, on Lake Washington. Maybe next to Bill Gates' house.

For me it would be downtown Seattle in Belltown, Capitol Hil near Volunteer Park, Washington Park, Madrona or Mount Baker.
