Bike Commute Options Seattle (Inter Urban Trail)- Commute to Kent WA (neighborhoods)

Hi All,

I will be starting a new job at the beginning of November in Kent Washington and have been looking for places to live, I was initially recommended to move to Southern Seattle areas to reduce my commute, I'm a 31 y/o single male coming from NYC so want to be around young people. I was told by my employer that a good amount of people live in West Seatttle and ride the interurban trail to work everyday, we are very much an outdoor company so riding to work and showering is pretty standard. Any recommendations on neighborhoods that would be a good option with a descent amount of young people for me to engage with? I've heard capitol hill and fremont are great, just too far away for a reasonable commute. I"m ok with a 30 - 40 minute commute however, it's been a pretty standard commute time in NYC and isn't too bad IMO. Thoughts?
