Weekend breakfast at the Bay Cafe at Fishermen's Terminal, then walking off the carbs and Hollandaise sauce along the piers and finger floats.

Yep. Fishermen's Terminal is one of my fave picture taking places in town, along with the Harbor Island/Duwamish area. I like to record "working" Seattle even if it's not all that pretty, e.g. -

Tugboats

Cranes

Doug Flag - Cascadia Now!

Dude, where's my car?

Seattle is one of the best places on earth if you are a salmon lover. It's everywhere: grocery stores, restaurants, fish markets, pubs. It is indeed king of fish. Fresh salmon, baked salmon, salmon spread, salmon jerky, salmon benedict, salmon jerky, salmon burgers, salmon sushi, salmon fish and chips, poached salmon, salmon soup, salmon lox, salmon kebabs, salmon chowder. Salmon, salmon, salmon. I've been here 28 years and never will get sick of it.

Agreed, though I'm amazed at how nichey it is. We don't have salmon places like we have teriyaki and now poke everywhere. It's more like a little luxury we give ourselves sometimes, which gets embedded into a variety of cuisines.

Hey y'all, how was your #BikeToWorkDay?
And today my compliment goes to: how bike-friendly Seattle is. In fact according to internet, WA is the friendliest state to cyclists

I love the memories of some of Seattle's newswomen.

Monica Hart, Kerry Brock, Joyce Taylor, Susan Hutchison, Sabrina Register....

Without question the hottest women I've ever seen behind a news desk.

I like the honesty in business dealings in this area. I can usually trust the word of the people I'm doing business with. I've lived in other parts of the country and I can tell you it's not like that everywhere.
