Just beware that most hikes in the Cascades have parking fees as well. Trails and toilets don't maintain themselves. It's for a great cause.

Try Oyster Dome, but go there when the weather is clear.

As for other 'mountain' hikes - they will almost all be snow covered at this time of year, which makes for some beautiful hiking, but can turn pretty crappy pretty fast if you aren't prepared. It is also supposed to be snowing pretty good in the mountains starting Friday night and increasing on Saturday.

What about something like Lake 22 or Heather Lake? Relatively easy any time of the year (though waterproof shoes are a MUST right now), not hard to get to, and gorgeous views.
Is the Lake 22 easy to get to and has parking? Is it the same thing as going to Mt. Pilchuk Park? I looked at it on Google maps and looks like a good spot, but looks kinda confusing to get to.

I think Lake 22 access seems closed in winter but confirm.

The parking lot/trail is not closed in winter. With all the rain this week, most of the trail is incredibly wet, and snow is at the end, but it's all hard packed. It's easy to get to - Heather Lake is the trailhead right before it. If you plug the coordinates in from the WTA trail site into Google Maps it'll give you the driving directions.
