I met and married my Dutchie in BRESKENS ,Holland . Can't get more Dutch than that! He loves it here especially in the Bellingham area, reminds him alot of home . We also go to a Dutch grocery here . It looks like we may be headed back to Vlissingen soon . COL bit us too hard these last years here.

Yah! One time we were driving up to Canada and passed through Lynden on a Saturday. They were having some festival which I jokingly refer to as a blonde festival. Very very Dutch and quite charming.

The Fairhaven neighborhood of Bellingham can feel a touch New England-like, as can the Old Town of Snohomish. The presence of Victorian homes, which aren't common at all in Seattle proper, helps Snohomish (and also the previously mentioned Port Townsend) in this way.
