A) It's MARCH. It wasn't any better this time of year back in NY. So yeah, I remember nice days prior to the first day of Spring.

B) I've lived out here a long time. I have a good career, friends, two properties and a long personal history here that means a lot to me.

C) I'm not paying a lot to live here.

So who are you to give me lifestyle advice?

Albuquerque is one of the ugliest places I have ever visited.

What's that phrase for being held hostage, and every now and then your captor stops beating you and offers a token of kindness, so you become brainwashed into thinking they care about you? That's Seattle weather for ya.

I know for many this week isn't that noticeably different, but I can sense the changes... it's definitely spring now! I've enjoyed not having as many layers on for work and my hands are staying warm.. even going gloveless for many of my dog walks. Breaks in clouds and/or rain has been pleasant.

No complaints. I love the PNW!

Flowers starting to come out everywhere, birds really active too. To me, this place often feels like England.

It's called Stockholm Syndrome.
I legitimately love the rain and drizzle . I was born and raised in Seattle, lived there until recently and now I'm moving BACK to Washington after a brief stint in Caliifornia.

You are entitled to your opinion and I am very pleased you love NM so much!
