Any good sources for the required 90 hours of training and practice tests for the exam? Many have told me it actually just takes 10 hours or so to go through the material and that they did the test (200 questions?) in an hour or so.

There are lots of choices: if you want in person classes, you can take the class at Rockwell or North Seattle College, among others. If you want to do it online, there are lots of choices too. i did my renewal classes at Red Carpet school of Real Estate. They were fine.

What's a good sample practice test that you'd recommend?
