And there is a thread about the other appealing aspects of the area. The area is a desirable place to live, and the local economy is doing well.

So...why would anybody move here?

I consider myself to be a Center-Right person and ALWAYS got alone with close to the Far Left liberals since they were some of the coolest people around UNTIL they became "militarized" in their beliefs and if your views differ, you have to be silenced and/or marginalized because you are now a threat to their views. The Far Right views have ALWAYS worried me, but now, the Far Left's views do the same since they are a threat to the "American Way of life" of free choice and independent thought. "Banning" free speech is what and how Hitler, the ultimate Nazi, gained power with his group of Nationalist Socialists thugs.

I was born here in Seattle and I was raised here in Seattle and this is my home. Me and my views are not going anywhere. On a side note, I would love to see one of those black clad, mask wearing "ninjas" try to move me or silence me... They will meet a fully trained "career" warrior that has been combat tested several times over. I'm a person of color, grew up poor, had few choices in life, didn't have "mommy" or "daddy" to put me through college, have a trust fund or anything, but I did better than OK in life because of the "free choice" I made for myself.

It's funny, but if the Right started to attack or attempted to restrict the Left of their individual rights, I would stand and defend the Left since that's what "REAL" Americans are suppose to do.

Btw, If using the word "Americans" triggers you or hurts your feelings, just know you have some serious freaking issues and should seek out professional help as soon as possible.

I'm not a liberal. Not right wing either. I'm politically an independent. I was also born and raised in this state. None of what you said triggers me but you are long-winded and pompous sounding.
