Are there any places, open 24 hours, that allow you inside from, say, 11 PM to 6 AM or so, that don't have high costs, that will allow you to stay inside as long as you buy something every hour or two? Or something even better? Bonus if they allow you to doze off some. Within 10 or so blocks of the library, if possible.

Thank you.

No there are no 24 hr places in Bellevue. The city shuts down around midnight. That's about the time of the last eastbound bus too.
Bellevue Square has stores with $5,000 purses. This is Bellevue sweetheart (I live in Bellevue currently). The store owners and the city council don't want people hanging around at night unless they're shopping.'

The closest thing I can think of near the library is the medical center a couple blocks to the east of the library, there should be some type of waiting room, chapel, etc that is open 24 hours. I honestly have no idea what their policy is for someone just wanting to get out of the cold.

There's also a Denny's that is open 24 hours but it is almost 4 miles to the east of the library along 520, again I don't know their policy if you stayed and purchased something (coffee, appetizer, etc) every few hours or so.

I hope that these are helpful and that your situation improves soon, Seattle winter is rough with the constant damp.

Check all the nearby 24 hour open Safeways and QFCs. I have seen many people sleep in those at tables or stools at late night, although fewer lately and maybe the management is stricter.
