Just noticed some wet snow flopping down her near Seatac now too. Very light, very wet, not accumulating (yet).

Snowing quite hard in downtown Bellevue. Yeah, Arizona sounds pretty good right about now.

Yes indeed.

No webcam on my land but here's Tucson:

Arizona Webcam

or better yet, here's the live, real-time webcam (with music) for Waikiki:

DTS--Live Images, City and County of Honolulu, Hawaii

or my favorite place on earth - Bora Bora:

Pearl Resorts - Live Webcam on Bora Bora - French Polynesia

Sure beats looking out the window right now.

*sigh*

It's finally starting to stick in Redmond up on the hill. It's been snowing for hours, but only in the last few minutes has it started sticking... and it's piling up fast.

How can you compare Washington (north) with Arizona (south)

You can't.
Clearly they are different.
But the fact that I can see online, in real time, the weather on my land down there makes it all the harder to put up with the unusually crappy weather here in Seattle at the moment.

Sometimes knowledge can indeed be a curse.

There is a large rhododendron right outside my office window. Right now, the bright red blossoms are all coated with a dusting of snow. It's beautiful out there right now.
