I was outside a Starbucks in the Pioneer Square area yesterday having stopped to get a hot chocolate. Mid afternoon, tourists everywhere and who comes down the sidewalk.

A fat guy in a camo t-shirt and a kilt. Wearing a gas mask.

I'm used to homeless methheads whizzing on the corner of the Nordstrom building in full daylight and addicts rolling around 3rd avenue during rush hour. I'm not surprised by fat guys out of their minds on drugs and bare naked bouncing off Sound Transit buses at West Lake either. This just struck me as weird.

What can we of the great PNW and Seattlites add to this?

I saw that guy across from King Street Station about 5:45am one day last week, but he was riding a bike. I actually didn’t pay that much attention, because at that hour it didn’t seem that unusual. A few days before I saw a guy with full beard wearing a dress with cowboy boots. The ones I watch out for are having a physical altercation with an imaginary foe.

At the Arco at 85th and Aurora Arco there is a donation bin. The kind you pull the latch and dump donations in. Well one evening I saw a person crawl out of the bin! Not before he threw out donations to steal while inside the bin . That area of Seattle is not prime real estate.

Perfectly normal. The kilt because this heat is oppressive for Seattle natives, gas mask in case Mt Rainier blows and camo allows one to infiltrate and expose nefarious white supremecist groups.

I forgot to mention the lace up high heel boots. Some type of Sadomaso trend?

Yes Scrat: righteous, ventilated, volcano ready infiltrators have to be prepared for Pride Week type situations .

I saw a Mercedes today that had the rear bumper, passenger side quarter panel and rear window duct taped to the car. The Mercedes was probably a 2010 model. It did not appear to have been hit. The window was where it was supposed to be in the window frame, nothing appeared to be loose.

It had to have been some kind of a joke.
