I was paying 142.00 a month for Directv. I called to say I might switch to streaming TV and they gave me 50.00 off for one year. I took it

When that promotion is over I will most likely switch to Diretv now. Anyone have that service and how much is the city of Seattle taxing you on streaming TV service.

Is it just the regular sales tax or all kind of fees thrown in?? I plan to get the middle of the road package, the one that is 65.00 per month when its time to cut the cord.

I use DTV Now. I believe the taxes are just sales tax/no other fine print fees (It's around 10% of the service plan).

Make sure you have a good internet speed, and if possible, use a corded connection to your TV or streaming box from the router (I use a wireless connection that is reliable most of the time, but corded is the best) - some people have buffering issues at times w/DTVNow without using an ideal hardware setup.

Tbh, buffering issues used to be really bad w/DTVNow for everyone, but they've gotten a lot better over this year with it.

Sling TV doesn't charge a sales tax, at least in Seattle.
