I saw it last night from First Hill, right above the skyline. It was pretty faint and hard to spot but I could see it with the naked eye and with binoculars it was even better. I sort of want to drive out to the country to look at it without all the light pollution.

It’s in the NNW sky, below and to the right of the Big Dipper. Visible after dusk (I observed it around 10:30p).

Is there a good place to observe within an hour's drive of Bellevue without a lot of city light?

What about Snoqualmie? It’s closer to the horizon so you may need to be on a hill or overlook.
