On-street parking is harder to find in the closer-in neighborhoods, where lots of luxury apartments and townhomes have been and are being built. For more affordable apartments and more available parking, look north of N 105th St.

Not sure how it was justified. I don’t think sticking up for an elderly person from a mob of protestors warrants getting your head bashed in or waving a U.S. flag justifies assault. Since when does the U.S. flag symbolize “ white nationalism” , I thought it was a patriotic thing to do ? I can only wave something like a mexican flag now or I’m a “racist white nationalist” ?

I agree the news sensationalizes some things and it might not be as bad as it seems but to deny it’s happening at all dude ? I mean the video evidence is right there in front of you.
Please understand the people responding to you post aren't denying anything, they are not seeing this through FOX News video, they are actually living and viewing in real time. Seattle isn't 6 blocks of CHOP, it's a huge metro area.

I believe your trolling anyway.

I do too.

I appreciate everyone else’s helpful comments though. Thanks a bunch. I’m thinking living in a cheaper suburb for now until I get a good feel of the area might be best. There’s still a little bit of looting going on in downtown right now too.

Looks like someone has something against amazon.

So let me get this straight. You said how horrible Seattle is and you were now looking at Texas or Arizona. I agree with you and you say I'm encroaching on your freedoms?! That's pretty funny.

Just remember, you knew it was a blue state and a blue metro before coming here. We make no secret about the rain either so complaining about the weather makes no sense either. Everyone knows it rains in Seattle and the winter days are very short because we are so far north.

Thought it was liberal sarcasm. Don’t feel right not living next to the ocean or anything scenic tbh. That’s the main thing.

Oh and the strong union up there that actually has work and pays well and takes more than 3 apprientices a year is nice unlike ***cough*** local 569 San Diego****cough****.

Seattle is turning into Detroit. Will take a few years for permanent blight, once people and businesses move out.

There's lots of great places to live in Washington outside of Seattle. And the further you get from Seattle, the more diverse and balanced the politics are. These are crazy times, but typically we coexist pretty well.

The thing about the climate... I understand some people move here, and have a hard time adjusting due to SAD.

That's IBEW. Join 46 in Seattle but live south of there. Jobs are up and down the 5 from Everett to Oly generally.

According to the woke, the flag, Constitution, Bill of Rights, etc. are nothing more than symbols of white supremacy.
