Has a good anthropology museum at the main entrance, on 45th Ave. NE., the Burke Museum.

My favorite regional name error we've had on this forum is "Piglet Sound" (instead of Puget).
oooof

I remember that August post now. Definitely was hating Seattle then, insult after insult comparing us to Detroit/Chicago and weirdly at the time said had no friends or family.

I believe the OP spent the better part of the year dogging the crap out of Seattle and many posters here told him to keep his negative attitude in San Diego. How the tables have turned LMAO.

Yep. Had a slew of "woah is me, I hate Seattle, but I just HAVE to be there." No you don't. Stay in SD.

Wait so people like op aren’t “allowed” to make a visit, change their perspective and change their mind? How progressive and inclusive

Some of you seattleites sure are sensitive and hold a grudge, but I guess attracting energetic young people in a skill/trade that’s in desperate need in Seattle is a bad thing, just because they said some stuff a year ago and changed their mind after a visit, who knew?

The OP asks “ why do people talk so bad about this place ?” when the OP was one of them.

The OP bashed Seattle endlessly in a post they themselves started a few months ago. Perhaps reading all the things they said then while they now ask as if they weren’t one of them is strange to say the very least.

If he had acknowledged that at some point in his post, maybe posters would be more understanding?

His posting history isn't that extensive and it's easy to go back and review. I don't refer to many posters as "troll", he was definitely trolling.

Check out green lake park, it's a good place if you want to stroll around a lake.
