Excellent! Hopefully crime in Seattle will continue its meteoric rise!

Maybe those officers are young and have deemed themselves healthy enough to not warrant getting vaccinated? Pretty novel stuff, huh?

Isn't it their job as safety officers to protect the public? Don't they have frequent interactions with members of the public at close quarters? Getting vaccinated would seem to be as obligatory for them as it is for emergency medical personnel.

No duty to serve and protect.

How is letting hundreds of thousands of illegal, unvaccinated, Covid-positive aliens into the country OK?

Want people to take the pandemic seriously? Then tell your idiot president to stop his hypocrisy and mixed messages.

People should pandemic seriously because it can kill people they love. If you don't love anybody, then my sympathies.

Hello, actual Seattleite here. As in, I live in the urban center of the city. I haven't noticed any changes in crime. All I see are somewhat fewer cops in those big blue SUVs hauling ass around the streets at 60+ MPH.

I like it this way. So far, so good.

I'm starting to think City of Seattle should just tear down all those 25mph speed limit signs (which very few drivers pay attention) and replace them with "slow children" signs because it's becoming vividly apparent that that this city is run by just that....slow children.
