Unfortunately I got an email from anthonys seafood grill that in September 2023 they will be closing their Lynnwood restaurant at alderwood mall. Claim jumper next door at alderwood mall closed 1 year ago.

Are the restaurants struggling at alderwood mall??

I go to pf changs and cheesecake factory at alderwood mall often.

Alderwood mall needs more sit down restaurants not less.

The claim jumper and anthonys at alderwood mall are next door to each other and near the amc movie theater.

Maggianos would do well at alderwood mall in one of those empty spaces.

Also starbucks next door to anthonys and claim jumper closed after the pandemic.

The other wing of alderwood mall where cheesecake factory and of changs is seems to be thriving with people. The cold stone creamery next to pf changs is always packed.

Does anyone know what will replace anthonys and claim jumper at alderwood mall??

We used to go that Anthony's regularly, and I loved their deep fried bay scallops. About a year ago they stopped selling them due to "low profitability." Since then we still went but much less often. I remember several really enjoyable summer evenings eating on the patio outside with my wife. They are about a 40 minute drive, but I work near the Seattle restaurant, and will not go back in the evening. Kirkland is closer,
but it's more expensive and parking is a real problem there. I guess with Alderwood closing we'll have to try Edmonds.

If you ever want to try something different and delicious in Lynnwood, I highly recommend Ka Won Korean Restaurant. Fun atmosphere with the BBQ tables, authentic tastes, loads of side dishes. Here’s the link: https://www.kawonlynnwood.com/
