This seems ridiculous and the man’s direct quotes only seem to further highlight the ridiculousness of the situation

Kind of feels like alternate reality stuff, yeah. Like hiring a cultural alien to talk to other cultural aliens. Ah well.

But he can "contact" pimps, prostitutes, gang-STAS, and (presumably) Marxist radicals burning down / shaking down local businesses. Nothing was mentioned about poisoners and assassins, though. They may need to seek representation elsewhere, next time a community outreach is needed.

Next time you dial 911 maybe a year from now, he'll show up? Just curious. They can just hand out his cell phone number.

Oh, and it (the organization) "serves" so-called "Seattle's Black communities." Wasn't aware we had Black folks herded into "communities." Thought that went the way of Covenants, many years ago?

So...in-detail, how will he and his "team" be responsible for results?

Hmmm, I wonder if they bypassed their own competitive bid process for contracts over $8,000 each and $54,000 a year.

Good idea, Juice a contact to keep the Black community in line.. That is what this means , right ? Now how about a "" contact "" in the White community to keep them in line.
I guess the elephant in the deal is why is there a need for a special liaison in the black community How about the Asian.

They successfully employed a felon? That seems like a good thing, right? We know how difficult it is for felons to re-enter the work force and looks like this guy did pretty well for himself.

I mean...to go from 5 years in prison for seven prostitution-related counts, three involving a 16-year-old girl, two involving adult women and two money-laundering counts to getting paid six figures has to be an American success story. Right?
