I needed to take a break from driving during my commute the other day. I stopped by a small park-like area with a bench along 51st Street SE. I stood in front of the bench and, in the distance, I think I saw the Columbia Center Tower in downtown Seattle - but I'm not sure.

Would anyone be able to verify this?

Hey, I live right near there!

I'll have to take a look next clear day (don't hold your breath - it may not be til July ). I know that I've seen Mt. Baker poking up in the distance walking down Lakland Hills Way. I have seen something off in the distance at the edge of the west hill that could be near West Seattle, but I thought it was a water tower. I'll keep my eyes open!

So, it's been a while... But it's a clear day and I was out jogging through View Ridge - you're right, you can see the Columbia Tower over the hill. Whoa!
