Thanks everyone.. I am sure like most places it has it's good and bad.. I was just wondering if I would have gotten a STAY OUT, DON'T DO IT...that kind of response would make me convince them it was not the place to move. But I have talked to a lot of different people and I get mixed reactions. I am sure they will be fine.

And Seattletony... They haven't moved in yet... they should hear today. There were a ton of people who applied for it so we will see. All I know is it is overlooking the water and a nice view. And it is in the U District.

Yeah, I was thinking that too! Um, could be against forum rules (?) ...did you get them to sign a waiver, pwright?

Will we see Yac suddenly make all those gorgeous pics disappear?

I am also laughing because if you look at the pics, one of them says "Spring" sale... look how gray the day is! Look how everyone is in long pants and shirts! It's friggin' SPRING supposedly!

You are too funny Jenbar. The pics were taken in March and April of 2006. April showers bring May flowers. Much too early for tank tops and flip flops don't you think?

...but not in Austin, TX or southern Nevada!

Right around 70 degrees and clear in both places today; and it's only the first week in February.
