I am looking to take my girlfriend for a romantic dinner this weekend for her bday. So far I have only found a few good places, and of them I'm not sure where we can actually get up and dance briefly to some live music... any ideas ppl?

Already taken her to these restaurants...
Edgewater - amazing
Palisades
Daniel's broiler

Was thinking of;
Canlis

Thanks in advance

I think 0-8/Twisted Cork in Bellevue has a live band on weekends but not sure if you can dance although I don't think anyone would stop you guys if you did. I haven't been there in a little while though.

Check out Al Boccalino. It's an awesome italian restaurant that is playing traditional Italian music or Frank Sinatra, depending on the night. And it's AWESOME food. It's on 1 Yesler way (that's right, basically right as Yesler starts / stops at the water, it's there, just 1 block west of Pioneer square).

Salty's is very nice too.

I got turned off by Salty's because not everyone gets a view. No view, it's not worth it.

What about the Pink Door in Pike Market? Is that still good?

We went to the Canlis for a very special occasion once. As far as I know, there's no dancing but it is definitely an experience worth having. Be prepared to pay over $300 for two though.

Dancing is generally frowned upon in Seattle so you might have to shell out some cash to attent a proper DJ event on the Hill depending on the night. Most of us just give up and get wasted instead.
