201 cloudy days a year? I hear from some places that it's 226 or 227.

edit: but from some places, I hear 201. Which is it?

Does it really matter? I mean cmon. Actually this winter has seemed a bit sunnier than the past few we have had...so this year, will it be 190 cloudy days? Who really obsesses about it that much?

this information is not accurate. Last Friday it was blue sky all day until 4:30 PM and the day was recorded as partly cloudy (70% cloud cover!!!). On Tuesday it was very sunny during the day and guess what - the day was recorded ... cloudy!!! (80%) I remember a lot more days like that in February and lasy year. I don't trust the data anymore. Much more accurate would be percentage of sunshine.
