People were talking about Seattle's traffic issues on several threads here. This unfortunate situation speaks specifically to that issue - traffic is SO BAD, that residents would beg someone to hurry up and jump, so as to not prolong their commute any longer.
I was born and raised in NY. As most of you remember these 2 planes crashed into the world trade center actually causing a war!

Did the people in NY beg for it to crash into that building - so that they could get off work for the day?

Hmmm... I fail to see the correlation.

You aren't talking apples to apples here.

Good try though.

ok,, well the big picture I was trying to draw was about the weather/traffic bitching. No,,,people were not begging for it, but if some traffic is gonna hinder the way you think and live your life well its a good thing you left then. Yes it can be a burden, but to have the quality of life, freedom, and the cost of living Seattle does you should be thankful. Now I can relate to the troll statement someone mentioned.

Quality of life - we LEFT Seattle because *we* didn't feel it offered a high enough quality of life. We have high standards for our family, and family life.

Freedom - ??? Lost me on this one, bub. I am still living in America.

Cost of living - Thankful for Seattle's cost of living???? You have GOT to be kidding me.

Again, just because someone doesn't agree with you, does not mean that person is a troll. Grow up.
