Wait a minute, it is kinda pricey to live there.
Maybe the best bet here is to try a short-term lease in Seattle and if it doesn't work out move to the Eastside.
How would you comment on the U District option? Is it a good place to live and meet young and smart people?

I've always liked the U-District. Definitely a great deal of young and smart people in the area. University Way (The Ave) is always bustling.
