Chillies Paste Thai Cuisine
Easily my favorite Thai in all of Seattle. And I've tried my share!

We always liked Siam on Lake Union. Jai Thai was also okay (in Fremont).

I'm also looking for the best Thai, but on the eastside. Please don't say Typhoon. I'd like to try these ones in Seattle but my husband hates Thai, so I only get my fix during the week with a friend, and we only have time for Bellevue/Redmond/Kirkland-area stuff....

Racha in Woodinville is pretty good. I don't know if its the best on the Eastside though.

I love Lamponi on NE 8th/228th in Sammamish. Don't let the strip mall scare you off. It's really good food. The Noodle Boat on Gilman is also really good but the service plain sucks there. SUPER DOOPER SLOW...I won't go back with Lamponi on my radar now.

Love the Noodle Boat in Issaquah, which I think I found about from a posting here (Ira, perhaps?). We haven't had problems with service, but we've never gone during particularly busy times either.

Same here. Have had only great service and food at the Noodle Boat, but never went when they were super busy. Banh Thai on Roy Street in Lower Queen Anne is one of the better ones, and Bai Tong near Southcenter Mall is really quite good, and popular with the Thai Airways pilots..
