well, it is as beautiful as i remember

As for the rain, when we lived in Portland we loved the rain; it washes away all the dirt & trash people complain about in Texas cities. Sure the green plays a large part in the NW beauty but the rain is what provides that green & removes the dirt.

been there done that. Nothing in Texas would cause you to want to stay there, although folks are just a little more friendly in Texas. That humidity is pretty bad.

Im back, but I really miss the sunshine. I used to live in AZ and I think Ill go there instead. 3/4 of AZ is trees and mountains. I do love the dry heat and desert too.

Seattle, if you don't mind the clouds and traffic is the most beautiful Major City in the USA
