Out of all the neighborhoods I've been to and checked out, I'd have to say Green Lake, followed by a close second Capitol Hill.

I do like where I live, but it's not technically Seattle (Mercer Island).

I voted for Greenlake, West Seattle and Queen Anne. However, I don't know Seattle well and my choices may change with the time. Wow, so many neigborhoods in Seattle, and I didn't even get it right, I guess!

Greenlake...wished we would of found it before we settled on the eastside. We would of liked Seattle so much more if we would have lived there!

My favorite Seattle 'hoods have changed over time. My current faves are West Seattle, Madison Park, and Columbia City. But since Columbia City wasn't listed, I voted for nearby Seward Park.

My favorite is Capitol Hill because I love the make-up of the neighbourhood. The Broadway corridor, businesses up on 15th, and the top of the Pike/Pine corridor. The great parks and old mansions add to the atmosphere. It will be fantastic when the streetcar starts running through the area in 2013. Its also easy to walk downtown.

Close second is the Green Lake area. It's kind of relaxing to go out on the lake in a paddle boat in the summer knowing you're in the middle of the city yet its quiet and calm (except for marauding kayakers!)...then follow up with drinks and dinner at one of the restaurants ringing the lake.

I love Madison Park, Wallingford and Ravenna. Columbia City is cool, but I wouldn't want to live there. You can get the best breakfast in town there, though.

I voted for the University District. It's a high density, compact area with numerous shops and restaurants. There is great public transportation to downtown and it's right by the freeway.

I lived near Greenlake and so it was readily available. So kind of over it.

My Favorite spots Are Fremont, Ballard and Capital Hill
