Has anyone looked at the new Aspira apartments on Terry Ave? Is this a good area of downtown to live in?

Aspira – new downtown Seattle pet friendly apartments near Capitol Hill, Denny Triangle and Belltown

Thanks for any feedback!

I've looked at them and I was quite impressed. You would definately be blocks from downtown Seattle's retail district. I like the location just a few steps from retaurants, movies, the Paramount Theater, great shopping, the bus/light rail tunnel, Whole Foods, Pike Place Market and just about everything else.

I've been in touch with one of their agents. DM me and I'll give you some of the pricing they gave me.

Thanks ijoe13. I've already contacted them directly. They were most helpful and provided great information but unfortunately out of my current price range.
