Coming over from the Bremerton Ferrie. Is there a rail system from the Seattle terminal, to Sea-Tac Airport?

To get to Sea-Tac airport from the Seattle ferry terminal via rail, either walk up to 3rd Avenue ( it's uphill, but you can cut through buildings and use their elevators), or take one of the buses from the ferry dock up to 3rd. The rail runs in the tunnel under 3rd Avenue, and entrances are well marked.

From the Ferry dock, you'll have to get yourself to the (underground) University Street Station (University and 3rd) and take the light rail from there. I think that's like 6 blocks.

A #99 bus (free!) runs along the waterfront and will drop you off at the International Dist/Chinatown entrance to the tunnel station. No uphill walk at all.

Definitely the Link light rail. Exit at Pioneer Square Station and walk to the Colman Dock (10 minutes maybe). It will cost you $3. A rolling suitcase will be fine.

I should get a PR job for Sound Transit.

2mnydgs2:

Three options from Link light-rail from airport:

International Station: (Weekday) Catch the #99 (runs every 20-25 mins) going west on Jackson St. (between 5th & 4th or 3rd & 2nd). Get off at Marion St. and walk west on Ferry Walkway to the Ferry Terminal.

Pioneer Square Station: Walk west five blocks on Yesler Way to Alaskan Way, then two blocks north to the Ferry Terminal. Note: You'll need to negotiate the bums, winos, and crims who hang out around 3rd & Yesler. If this "bums" you out, see University Station option below.

University Station: Walk south four blocks on 3rd to Marion St. and then west on the Ferry Walkway to the Ferry Terminal.
