What are the nicest parks/picnic areas to go to?

As in nice-enough-to-lay-out-a-picnic-blanket-on-a-sunny-day kind of nice. Any suggestions? Thanks

A hidden little gem in the city is a small park called "Bhy Kracke" on Queen Anne. Great view of the city. It's well kept, and never too busy. Also a GREAT place to watch the fireworks.

I've always loved Golden Gardens, but it can get crowded on nice days.
