People may not like like the pace of the investigation once it is in the hands of the Feds. It will drag even longer than a municipal case.
it has nothing to do with the pace of investigation. the fact remains that this cop will be protected and will most likely not be convicted of anything. this is because it is what typically happens when police break the law and harm people.

I am not quite ready yet other than being armed, but as soon as I leave the city for the country and be around civilized people, I won't really need to be as ready. Looking forward to living around kind people, not the idiots in cities. They are so far left, they are really stupid!

You're just a kid, aren't you? Check out the Arab Spring uprisings in 2011. The British Raj fell to riots.

And a surprising number of black lives matter folks still don't comprehend that no lives matter unless they are lived in a way where they themselves make them matter. No politico, no law, no statement can do otherwise.

A surprising number of black folks live everyday keeping the law in a way that makes them invisible.

George Floyd was killed for no good reason.

Breonna Taylor was murdered because the judicial system allowed cops to break into her home and her boyfriend thought they were going to be killed by unknown, unannounced assailants. And she was killed. There were no drugs. There were never any drugs. Cops lied saying the postal service told them there were deliveries there. Cops lie.

BTW I repped you by mistake and would like to take it back. Hit the wrong icon for my reply so minus 1.

You and your ilk are the ones who DO NOT COMPREHEND.

Oh twinkle. Police kill lots of people they aren't supposed to. It's a hazard of the job. I'm not saying that it's right....it isn't. Protesting these things is fine to do. In the case of George Floyd, he won't get his life back, but long arm of the law will ensure those that did this will be punished. It would have been much better had it not happened at all, but it did. I'm not familiar with the other case, but if those are the only two, I would be very surprised.

But what is the real goal here? So long as we have police, we will have unwanted homicides. Yet, without the police, that number would increase substantially. That's the reality of the situation, so don't expect them to go away anytime soon. A push for reform in the police as well as a partnership to help lower crime in a neighborhood are always welcomed. I'm not certain how hurling insults and disrespect to LE forces that had nothing to do with either case helps anyone achieve that goal though.

After you are 18, it's frankly better to assume nobody gives 2 figs about your existence. It's not that some races are included and others are not. The way you change that is by becoming a good colleague, a good family member, a good faith member, a respected member of the community. Even if someone has succumbed to cynicism, that cynicism can't be parlayed into the architecture of the country. This country is built for the go getters and those seeking an opportunity to build a better life.
To desire widespread change for all is a futile effort and easy to pontificate. To change one's self for the better, is very difficult and seemingly small, but it is amazing how the ripple effect improves things.

As you approach life each day we can only hope to rise together.

Come on....cool it. Injustice is carried out everyday against ALL people in this world. It's not just black people. And to be honest all the whining and crying is starting to make it look like black folks can't "get it together" no matter what is done for them. Black Americans have it better than any group of black people in the world. For example, the average poor black person has a flat-screen TV and probably a pair of very expensive Air Jordan's in their closet. We must unite for this country to survive, not pit one group against another.

Try typing more slowly. You may have something good to say, but the disjointed rambling that came together when you typed your post cannot be understood.
