Seldom drink regular coffee away from home. But when traveling I will drink the coffee that comes with the in-room coffee maker (if it has one). Or I might have some from the hotel lobby, if I'm desperate.
In winter I may order some in a restaurant because it's hot.
Other than that, when I do crave coffee away from home I usually opt for flavored latte'. Once in awhile from Starbucks, but usually from Dutch Brothers. Moonstruck Chocolates makes a great one.
I'm a Starbucks person through and through Give me an Americano any day! There are also local coffee places that are very good. In Estes Park there is Kind Coffee, Coffee on the Rocks, and Notchtop. 20 miles down the canyon toward Longmont and Boulder, there is The Stone Cup in Lyons, Co...one of my favorites for the atmosphere, too. McD's, 7-11, convenience stores...oh, and Casey's, too ...their coffee is pretty tasteless to me altough I'll drink it in a pinch. Don't tolerate caffeine these days...need de-caf.
I enjoy Mc'Ds coffee, it's close, great flavor, reasonable in price. I also will get a cup at Circle K at times when I'm on the go, however that has been a while. Mc'D has a senior price that can't be beat.
I was thrilled when I began to 'qualify' for senior coffee...or senior anything
