Well, at least you have proof.
But I've had my share of damaged boxes from UPS, FedEx and USPS.

I'm very upset with FedEx right now....
So I ordered an expensive (and heavy) wool rug. Our condo is such that the driver has to park on the street and walk down the landscaped pathway to get to the front door......
Anyway - we knew it was coming (the site said it would be delivered that day) so husband took the day off work to help bring it in and upstairs .... We waited all day for the thing. Answered the door 2x for the USPS , and once for UPS. Never came. Logged on and saw the "on the truck for delivery" had been changed to "customer not home, business closed!) So called FedEx and asked to speak to supervisor, who called driver - who said that we didn't answer the door...
So next day, I'm waiting for the driver and ask him about it. Says he had a "helper" for the day and that the helper got out of the truck ad rang the door bell , came back and said we weren't home..... Basically , the helper didn't want to carry the rug to our door becuase there is NO WAY he rang the bell and we didn't hear him (DH was in the office about ten feet from the door with the windows open, and annoyed because I wouldlook out the window every time I heard/saw a truck and ask "is it my rug?"
So two full days waiting for the rug.... and then I get a auto message last night that the laptop we sent out for repair is coming back today, FedEx and has to be signed for...

The guy throwing the flat screen over the fence has by now joined the ranks of the unemployed with dim prospects for a new job.
To say this is bad is one thing to say that all Fedx employees are like this guy is so very unfair to good hard working people that drive in almost any weather.
Cut Fedx some slack here.......

Not anymore. I suspect with that very clear camera image he is now a former employee.

So was it broken?
Just curious since I've seen a lot of packages take some pretty rough handling and still come out fine.
