Talking Angelfood Ministries

Hi!

I ordered from Angelfood Ministries in July and just picked up my order yesterday. I thought they were very well organized, here, in Rochester NY We have quite a few sites for it. I wanted to find a site in AZ as my brother lives there and was wondering about it. I have not been able to find one in AZ. Anybody know where one is in AZ?

Anyhow.....My order is very nice. It's the first time I purchased from them. The frozen veggies are in a one pound bag and they substitued a nice portabello and cheese lean cuisine for hot dogs. I thought everything was nice. I got the basic and the first 3 specials and it came to 88$. My daughter had one of the steaks and thought it was very good. I haven't gotten into the rest yet, but we will............

enjoy the hour

Yes, usually a really good deal. Some things we get that we don't like but we just pass it off to friends or neighbors and it still ends up being a good deal.

One of my neighbors does, she gave me the info to look over. It seems like too much processed, convenience type food for me. I cook meals from scratch and also don't eat a lot of meat so it just didn't appeal to me. Looks like a good deal, though.

Our church sponsors it for the community. It is a good deal if you use alot of prepackaged, convenience type foods. I like to cook from scratch and we don't eat pork, so I've never purchased it. However, I understand that it is a great thing for many of our single moms and retired couples.

No, someone stopped me at the store one day about it and I've always meant to look into it. I know it's a good deal and available to anyone.

Thanks for posting this, I've been been to tell my mom about it - I hope she checks into it. Her and her hubby (and she is raising a challenged grandchild) don't have that much income and every bit would help.

We used it a few times. I think if you are interested you should at least try it. We are have moved away from most processed foods too and found we didn't eat it all, but if we were really strapped we would eat it!

We have done afm for two and half years now. We like most of the food. Don't get me wrong once in a while we will get something that we don't eat like the ground turkey and I will pass it to someone who will eat it. menus are different. I like the idea of the fresh fruit and veg box and order it for the first time this month. I would recommend to anyone who would like to try it.
