replacement for Rolf's wallets ? (credit cards, clothing, purchase, Amazon)

I have a Rolf's attache wallet that I really like. I wanted to buy replacement windows for it, but it looks like Rolf's has gone out of business. Amazon has a listing for a very similar item

but the comments indicate it is too big. Does anyone make a similar wallet (and/or replacement windows) to the Rolf attache?

No Coach doesn't. (I know; I've tried.) Amazon, however, definitely sells the replacement plastic card index you're looking for. (I know; I've already purchased several from them.)
