Hello everyone, as the titles says I'm in a bit of a pickle.. This is my first time buying something on ebay and it was a 9$ mouse. Well the person whom I purchased from was an japanese shop. So once I got the mouse I plugged it in and started playing , well I tried clicking the extra button on the side and it fell in the mouse and dosen't click.. or atleast I can't put my finger inside the hole to click it. Anyways I asked for a return , his return policy is if purchased within 14 days and I have to pay for return shipping.
So everything checked out I asked for a return and it Started the return. I waited a few days and i just checked it and now it is saying that the refund was sent. I looked it up and I'm suppose to get a return label from them and ship the item, once they receive it they are suppose to refund my money. I have my money back but they do not have their item.. but I don't know where to ship it back to!
