A midstate woman is seeking thousands of dollars in damages from the Kohl's department store chain, claiming it harassed her for more than two years with persistent robo-calls directed to her ex-boyfriend.
Her repeated explanations that they were calling the wrong person and her demands to be taken off the call list were fruitless, Shannon Cook of Hanover contends in the U.S. Middle District Court suit she filed this week.
