I was wondering, is there any particular reason why Amazon doesn't let you schedule orders other than E-gift cards or Subscribe & Save orders? I think this would be a useful feature to have for buying gifts. The reason is because of Amazon's 30 day return policy, since ordering too early shortens the return window after giving the gift. My father has a birthday in mid-April, and he is interested in a T-shirt that I was wearing (mine is in Fairy Tale, while he likes the Papaya Punch color).

If the item's price goes up since the customer scheduled the order, Amazon can give the customer a warning if they still want to buy the item. Also, Amazon can exclude particular high-demand days such as Prime Day or Black Friday.

I know Amazon has its Wish List feature, but it doesn't let you schedule on specific dates.

You should email Amazon customer service and let them know you want this feature!
