Electronic greeting cards that can be sent via email. There are a lot online but most requires registration and payment/subscription, such as bluemountains.
I used to send them, but nowadays so many people are reluctant to click on a link in an email message, and I don't blame them. If someone sends me one that is hosted at a website, I ignore it. Viruses have been spread through ecards.
Sometimes I find a funny meme and send it as the message.
